Leyland DAF pics

Here are some  more pictures of my Leyland DAF  as promised. The model is a limited edition "Commercial Motor " edition with the optional right hand drive dashboard but as the decals were perished, I decided to build the model as if it was my own truck.

The colour is from an automotive spray can and is called" Ford Juice Green Metallic" and is from Halfords Auto Store. The wheels and tyres in the kit were the hard plastic type and were swapped for a set from the Scania  Wrecker. Various other details such as the airhorns, airlines, marker lights and toolbox were from the Italeri truck accessories kit, decals, numberplates and some interior items are from K.F.S.(Kit Form Services)

You may also notice the mountain bike tucked behind the cab, that is from the Fujimi roofbox set; inspired from seeing a mountain bike strapped to the back of a truck cab that passed me once whilst out on the road one day...
