My Next Project - Making an (semi-accurate) GMC Motorhome, we are taking this a bit further !!!!

(Please visit the site to view this media)To any and all Scaled Modelers

And Sir / and as well as other avid model builders    Re; 1973 - 1978 GMC Motorhome RV

The New up-scale PMC (Pacemaker Motorcoach Corporation)

We are taking this a little bit further but we will need some professional and precise scaled models build of these as we are going back into production with these.

We acquired all the re-tool, re-engineered, and plan to re-introduce old GMC -RV models and Rec. lines that all went sideways but were years ahead of their time, even now. We are incorporating the updated old GMC RV looks, but keeping the original designs, and our new 5th. wheel, and our Flag Ship of our RV line-up, the "Bigfoot Boater home Concept", We are looking at the use of the DriveMode, and LifeMode GM Hybrid technology for our drive systems as well, in some of the other models, along with OnStar, navigation, and security if that's also available. We are updating the styling and looks a bit, but not re-inventing the wheel, we just going to build them, "Leaner, Meaner, and Greener" with a better price point, and wit better economy of anything else on the road today.

We gutted or cannibalized a brand new 2012 GMC Denali Yukon, and put in all the state of the art the front, and rear AWD drive system, motor and hybrid transmission, re-gen brakes, magi-level CTS-V Cadillac suspension, On-Star, nav system, Bose 16 speaker stereo, seat belts, 12 way power heated seats and steering wheel, the dash, basically everything out of the Denali, and we’re getting 35 – 37 mpg, whit entail testing. And it drive on hybrid electric mode up to 35 mph. W reduced the exterior weight by going to metallic glass composite fiber , and with that and the light all aluminum powertrain, we have shaved off 25 – 2600 lbs. off the original GM motorhomes weight of 12,000 (+ -) GVW curb weight. I’ll keep you updated, and do send me out an email address, and I’ll send you out more info, on this and our Futuristic Bigfoot Boater home as well.   The original GMC motorhome had an engine, trans-axle, and transmission scavenged from the Olds, and Cadillac power train divisions, so we didn’t re-invent that wheel either.

I could make a suggestion to the modeling community, I could put this as a sanding offer or completion with some healthy $$$ dollars involved, to who can build us the best proto type scaled model of this. I have other pictures of this unit as well, if that helps, including the one off 1977 Trans Am “Bandit” motorhome used to follow the 1977 Pontiac Trans Am “Smokey and the Bandit Addition” around the country.  So all let me know

Here's the Trans Am models url
